When we're procuring/sourcing goods, services or works, we are required to gather evidence so that we can be assured suppliers meet our minimum standard requirements to keep our tenants, and those working with our tenants, safe. We understand that you may have already provided some of this to us, but it is important that we review these documents on a regular basis to seek assurances that we have the most up to date documents in order to do business with you.
We're contacting all of our suppliers and asking them to complete the below fields. Where you have documents with expiry dates or policies, please send copies of these to your Contract Manager or Commercial.Team@midlandheart.org.uk. Anything marked with an asterisk is a mandatory field.
