Joel is the head of the team. He joined the team in 2019 having previously worked in our in-house legal team. Joel has been with us since 2011.
Amelia is the manager for the team and has worked in housing for many years. She’s specialised in Leasehold Management for over 20 years and has lots of knowledge and experience in this area.
Jacqueline Scott has worked in various industries and has gained lots of really useful skills. Jacqueline has specialised in leasehold management for over 20 years and is now a Senior Leasehold Property Officer.
Alison has worked in housing throughout her whole career, initially working in private lettings and was ARLA qualified. Alison has specialised in Leasehold Management for over 17 years and has lots of knowledge and experience in this area.
Krishna has worked in housing all of her career and has specialised in Leasehold Management for nearly 20 years and also has lots of knowledge and experience in this area.
Nicola has always worked in a customer service industry and before joining our team she was a Customer Service Improvement Officer.
Rochelle started with us in 2018 as administrator and quickly showed a keen interest to develop and take on extra responsibilities to expand her knowledge. Within a couple of years Rochelle was able to progress and she became a Leasehold Officer.
Joanne previously worked for a charitable organisation before joining us. She has considerable knowledge on the legislation governing the Right to Buy and Right to Acquire process.
Cheryl has worked for us for just over a year and has worked in social housing for over 20 years in a wide range of disciplines and has lots of leasehold experience.
Nathanial has worked in social housing for many years, he started in our organisation as a Leasehold Officer before becoming a Commercial Officer.
Tashana has worked for our organisation for 8 years, and worked in our HR Department before joining us.
Ravinder has worked in the customer service industry all of her career, specialising in housing for the last 15 years. Ravinder joined our team as administrator and she’s been seconded as a Leasehold Officer where she gained lots of experience.
Jayne comes from a supported living background, specifically older person accommodation, and joined the team in 2020.
Hollie works alongside her team of Scheme Managers for Midland Heart, managing the building and finances on behalf of the Mutual Landlord.
Her patch is geographically dispersed and covers Coventry, Nottingham, Leicester, Swindon, Dunchurch, Melksham and Oxford.
Starting out in an estate agency, Chantel has been working within the Property/Housing sector for a number of years supporting homeowners and tenants both in the capacity as Landlord and/or Managing Agent.
She joined the Midland Heart Sales team back in 2018 assisting with the processing of Shared Ownership and Mutuals Sales. Then in 2020, she became a Retirement Living Manger (Area 2) in the Mutuals and Leasehold Team.
As a RLM, her focus is to support our Scheme Managers in making sure that our schemes are safe and compliant, whilst being brilliant places where people want to live and stay.
Amrit joined the team in 2023. His role is to manage and arrange the annual general meeting process for a number of mutual associations whilst also providing support to Committees.
Martin joined Midland Heart in November 2023, working as a Governance Officer for Mutual Associations. His role is to assist with the arrangement of annual general meetings, and to present the accounts of the mutuals. He also provides guidance and support to the setting up and running of committees of management.
