The appointment that we’ve booked today has been made to make your issue safe. Our operative may not be able to fix your repair when they visit your home.
When will the operative arrive?
As a priority appointment the next available operative will be allocated to your repair. Our diaries get very busy so we’re unable to give you a specific time that they will arrive.
The operative will do their best to let you know that they’re on the way, but you should wait at home in case they’re unable to do this. If you’re not in and there is a high risk to you or your property, we may need to force access to resolve the issue.
What will happen at my appointment?
We may not be able to fix your repair on our first visit. This might be for a number of reasons, the operative may need more time to complete the work, or they may need specialist materials that they’ll need to order.
At your appointment we’ll let you know if a follow up appointment is going to be needed. The operative will be able to tell you when the next appointment will be and agree this with you. If this can’t be agreed, then we’ll contact you by the end of the next working day to agree a follow up appointment.
