Our tenant app is only available to use if you live in one of our homes.
Downloading the app is easy and it’s available to all of our tenants . Simply search ‘Midland Heart’ on the App store or Google play.
Once you’ve registered you can:
- View your rent balance and payment history
- Make a payment
- Book repairs and keep track of appointments
- Update your personal details
- Download your rent statement and proof of rent

Customer App Repairs: Book a Repair Journey
Select “My Repairs” from the Welcome Page or Menu
If you have any outstanding repairs you will find them here. To book a repair select this option.
If you live in a house, you will see options for inside your home and outside your home. If you live in a property with communal areas, you will see additional options for shared space (inside) and shared space (outside).
Going back to repairs, select one of the options based on your repair type, then select one of the options based on your repair and the location. You’ll then get a summary of your repair and options to book a time slot.
Customer App Repairs: Change or cancel a repair
You can change a repair appointment from “My Repairs” by selecting the “Change” button.
You can cancel a repair from “My Repairs” by selecting the “Cancel” button.
