Thank you for supporting me
19/08/2022
One of our customers recently got in touch with us just before her tenancy came to an end. She wanted to thank us for supporting her for over 10 years whilst she was living in one of our homes.
She explained that 11 years ago she was homeless with two children and she’s very grateful to have had great experiences with us since we offered her a place to call home.
Laura’s story
“I found myself and my two boys in difficulty after divorcing my husband, we had nowhere to go so I was really happy when you offered me a house. If Midland Heart hadn’t come along, I don’t know where we would have ended up or what would have happened to us.
Over the years you have been very fair as a landlord - especially when I experienced difficulties in my life. When I became disabled, I lost my job and experienced financial difficulties. You were brilliant! I called you and asked for help and your Money Advisor was fantastic. I just felt very lucky to have help.
I lived in my home for 10 years with my boys and we never had any issues. We we’re really happy there, it was great. We recently moved into a new home and although we were all sad to leave, I feel like we finished a chapter and now we’re starting a new one. I just wanted to say thank you because you really helped me, I can’t fault you“
