Enter our Coronation bake off competition
04/05/2023
To celebrate the coronation of King Charles III we’re running a very special competition that we’d love you to get involved in…
Are you a master baker who’s always raring to put on a show? Or simply someone who likes to whip up a couple of classics for the family?
Either way, you’re all invited to submit photos of your bakes over the bank holiday weekend to be in with the chance of winning a Love2Shop voucher.
What can I send in?
We want to see pictures of anything you whip up to celebrate the coronation over the bank holiday weekend!
Whether it’s a plate of classic sausage rolls, a “coronation quiche” or a royal Victoria sponge cake, all bakes are welcome.
How does the competition work?
- Send your photos to us via direct message on Facebook or Twitter or tag us in your photos when you post them on your social media (@MidlandHeart for Facebook and @MidHeartHelp on Twitter).
- Make sure you’re following our Facebook and Twitter pages
- You need to be living in one of our homes to enter the competition, so please send your full name and address in with your photo when you submit your entry or, if you forget, we’ll drop you a DM to confirm the details.
- We’ll then choose the top bake(s) that we think are fit for a King…
The winner will be crowned our coronation bake off champion and will win a £50 Love2Shop voucher.
All entries need to be submitted to us via social media by midday on Tuesday 9th May – good luck!
Please note that by entering our competition, you give us permission to use the photos you submit on our website and social media channels.
Your celebrations
We’d also love to see any other ways you’re celebrating over the Coronation weekend!
Whether it’s a street party, some decorations in your garden or dressing up in white, red and blue to mark the occasion, we’d love you to share your photos with us so we can pop them on our social media and celebrate with you!
Don’t forget, our Customer Hub will also be closed on Monday 8th May for the bank holiday. You can still report emergencies during this time by phoning 0345 60 20 540.
