To kick off 2024, we’re launching a new weekly prize draw which gives tenants who download our tenant app and link their accounts the chance to win a £100 shopping voucher.
What can I use the app for?
You can now book, track and change your repairs using our tenant app. This means you can report your repairs to us around the clock and not just during our working hours. You can also select appointment dates that suit you!
Our app also has loads of other useful features; you can use it to pay your rent, view your balance and download your rent statements.
How can I get involved?
To be in with a chance of winning a £100 shopping voucher, all you need to do is download our app and link your account. We've got a few handy videos below that talk you through how to sign up to the app and how to link your account.
We'll then pick a winner every Monday out of our tenants who have downloaded the app and linked their accounts during the previous week. We'll be running this competition every week throughout January and February.
To download the app and get involved in our competition, simply search for 'Midland Heart' on the App store for iPhone or Google Play for Android.
