We’re excited to share that our annual Christmas competitions have begun! This year, we’re inviting you to join in on all the festive fun and a chance to win a prize. From creative decorating contests to our classic elf on the shelf – we’ve got lots going on!

It’s a cracker…
On the following dates, we’ll be popping open our Christmas crackers across our social media channels where you’ll find our riddle of the week…

Monday 9th December
Monday 16th December
All you need to do is tell us the correct answer by the following Friday at 10am by filling in this form for a chance of winning a £10 voucher! Then we’ll close the entries for that week and share a new riddle the following Monday.
With one exception, the last riddle release on Monday 16th December, we will be closing this on Wednesday 18th December at 10am to make sure we can get our winner their voucher before Christmas!

Elves on the run
This Christmas, there’s festive mischief in our community… our Rangers and scheme staff have told us that they’ve spotted the Midland Heart elves hiding in some of your blocks and schemes!
The idea is simple: We need your help to help track them down before they cause any elf antics or pranks. If you spot one hiding, simply scan the QR code or fill out our form on our website. Share your details and let us know where you’ve found the trickster elf, and we’ll add you into our prize draw for a chance to win £20 vouchers.
The competition closes on Wednesday 18th December at 10am, so make sure to get your entries in before then. Winners will be announced on Friday 20th December.
Capturing the Christmas magic
Snap, share and celebrate what you and your family are getting up to this festive season. Whether it’s a cosy Christmas corner, a decked-out tree or colourful paperchain decorations across your home… we want to see!

The rules
- All competitions close on Wednesday 18th December 2024 (entries after this date will not be accepted).
- Only our tenants/residents or leaseholders are allowed to enter. Midland Heart staff are not permitted to enter any of the competitions.
- Each tenant can enter each competition once. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
- All images submitted for the festive competition must be appropriate and not contain anything that may be deemed offensive.
- By submitting a photo, you’ve given us permission to share your images on our social media channels. Please do not enter if you do not want your photos to be shared on our social media channels.
