We’re really excited to have published our Annual Performance Report for 2023/2024. This year's report is slightly different to previous versions.
Based on your feedback that you'd prefer shorter and more digestible reports, we’ve shortened the Annual Performance Report. We’re aiming to share more shorter reports more frequently to make sure we’re highlighting different areas of our service.
What’s in the report?
It's really important for us to be honest and open with you, so you can see how we're handling the things that are important to you. In the report we take a look at our successes and show the impact they've had on our tenants.
You'll find real examples of the lessons we've taken from your feedback and details of the commitments we've made to improve over the next year. The report also gives you the chance to have a sneak peek at some of the exciting things we have coming up in the year ahead. We've also laid out how we spend the money we get from the rent you pay and how our management costs are broken down.
What are the key facts?
Some of the key facts from this year’s report are:
overall satisfaction
tenant satisfaction with their most recent repair
of properties registered at EPC Band C
homes had a valid Gas Safety Certificate
satisfied with communal cleaning
of repairs fixed first time
of repairs attended as planned
satisfied with grounds maintenance

We’ve created a few formats of our Annual Performance Report to make sure it’s as accessible as possible, including a plain text version.
