In the next instalment of our Tenants at Heart series, we’re focusing on our second pillar; Quality Services and Local Impact. 

Providing you with services that meet your needs is extremely important to us, as is making sure we’re present in your local area and everything we do is positively impacting your communities. 

What do we mean by this? 

In a nutshell, we’ll continue to focus on providing high quality, tenant-centric services that are shaped by you, that meet your needs and help us to support you better.  

At the same time, we also want to increase our presence in your communities. We’ll do this by working closely with you, as well as our partners and other statutory agencies, to invest in your local areas and focus on your priorities through partnership working. 

What does this look like in reality? 

By 2030, we will: 

  • Work with our statutory partners to make sure we are visible and understand tenants’ main priorities 

  • Provide services that are flexible and tenant-focused  

  • Use digital solutions to make it easier for our tenants to contact us 24/7 

  • Deliver a more localised tenant communications plan 

  • Visit homes via our Home Checker service within 18 months 

  • Use data to develop even deeper tenant insights and make more informed decisions
