Involved Tenants Annual Reports Scrutiny Team 10/01/2025

Report News Image

This year, we’ve produced two brand new reports to make sure we’re being as open and transparent with you as possible; we’ve published a Tenant Insight Report and a Tenant Equality, Diversity and Inclusion report.

It’s really important to us that we’re sharing key information with you, whether that’s how we gather your feedback and how you can get more involved, or who our tenants are and how we make sure our services are meeting their different needs. And this is why we felt our Tenant Insight and Tenant ED&I reports were crucial additions to our yearly reporting.

Tenant Insight Report

Our tenant insight report comes off the back of the introducing our new tenant insight framework earlier this year. This framework allows us to look at all our feedback in one place, to help us improve services and make tailored changes based upon what you’ve told us.

In this report, we look at the different ways we receive your feedback, from our My Voice tenant involvement groups to complaints and surveys, and how we act upon this. We also spotlight some of the key changes we’ve made this year and what we’re going to be working on over the next year.

Tenant Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Report

It’s really important that we know who our tenants are, to make sure our services are tailored to your diverse needs and that we’re working in the way you need us to.

That’s why we pulled our information together into one ED&I report this year; to highlight the data that we’ve already got, where we need to bridge the gaps and the efforts we’re making to ensure that this information leads to meaningful changes across our services. We’ve also included our priorities and 6 month plan for improving our approach to equality, diversity and inclusion.
