Corporate Plan Our Performance 28/02/2025

A Mother And Daughter Making Music

Our current corporate plan is coming to an end and, as we prepare to launch our next one, we wanted to give you a snapshot of what we achieved.

Six years ago, we launched Making What Matters Brilliant which focused on delivering real improvements for our tenants. But before we close that chapter and launch our new plan, here’s a recap of some of the things we’ve achieved in the last few years:

We said: ‘We’d develop and deliver more affordable homes within our region.

What we did: We’re on track to deliver 100% of our 4000 home delivery target

We said: ‘We’d keep tenants safe in their homes

What we did: We delivered 100% compliance with the building safety related tenant satisfaction measure

We said: ‘We’d engage and understand our tenants to achieve high levels of service excellence.

What we did: We kept overall tenant satisfaction post-transaction above 88% and satisfaction with our repairs service above 90%

We said: ‘We’d improve our digital offering to tenants.

What we did: We rolled out a digital app, giving tenants the ability to pay their rent, raise a repair and report communal issues

We said: ‘We’d move all of our properties to EPC D by 2025.’

What we did: Almost all of our homes are now EPC band D, with 79% at EPC band C or above. You can read our energy efficiency case study here.

We said: ‘We’d improve our neighbourhoods and support balanced and sustainable communities.’

What we did: We completed interventions in 150 of our schemes to make them safer and address issues, such as crime and anti-social behaviour. This work has positively impacted more than 1,250 tenants.

We’re really pleased with everything we’ve achieved for our tenants over the last year six years and look forward to continuing to improve our services even further as we move forward with a new corporate plan.
