Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete our Digital Improvement Survey.
Your feedback is really important to us and has already played a huge part in creating our customer app and lettings portal.
We want to make sure that our digital services work for you. So, we’ll be using your views to improve our app and website.
What did you tell us?
73% of you told us that the app was easy to use however only 40% felt the same about our website.
This is great feedback about the app and we’ll continue to use the same format for future updates.
Based on your feedback we’re updating our website to make the information clearer, more informative and easier to find.
We’ve started working towards upgrading the website to give you an even better online experience. We’re hoping to launch the new site in the new year.
Reporting repairs
Your feedback made it clear that you’d like us to add our repairs service to the app.
- 76% said they want to report repairs on the app
- 57% would like to book an appointment slot on the app
- 51% want to reschedule appointments on the app
We’ve been doing some work to make some changes to the app and hope that we’ll be able to add these services to the app next year.
We’ll continue to ask for your feedback every step of the way to make sure that we’re getting it right.
We’ll also invite some of our involved customers to test the app and tell us what they think.

We’d like as many customers as possible to be involved in shaping the services that we offer.
