We’re doing a short survey to find out what performance measures you’d like us to share with you.

The Government have some key measures that they want all landlords publish to help make sure that residents in social housing feel safe, listened to, and that they have good quality homes to live in.

We’d like your help to understand which parts of our service and performance are important to you and how you’d like us to share this with you.

How does this affect me?

In January, we asked you about your thoughts on the seven key things Government have said housing association residents shout expect from their landlord. One of these things was for customers to know about their housing association's performance.

It is really important that we don't just share statistics that are important to Government but that we're sharing the information that matters most to you.

How is your performance measured?

We have lots of different measures that help us to make sure we're delivering a great service to you. Some of these include:

• Satisfaction with our repairs service
• How many complaints we've received
• The number of safety checks done to help keep you safe 
• How the money we make is reinvested in our homes
